Of course, we’re always looking for more architects, but we also need a wide range of other skills to complete our team.
Application
You submit your application here. Please attach your portfolio and your CV—but no cover letter. We focus on your qualifications and therefore ask you to answer a few selection questions relevant to the position. Don’t see an open role that suits you right now? Feel free to submit an open application!
Selection
The hiring manager reviews your application and makes an overall assessment of how well your qualifications match what we’re looking for. In your portfolio, we especially look at the architectural quality but also at how the design concept is communicated. If needed, we may contact you via email or phone with some follow-up questions.
Feedback
Whether you move forward in the process or not, you will receive a response. Sometimes it may take a little time, but that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten you. We often receive many qualified and well-prepared applications and take the time to evaluate them with the care they deserve before making a decision.
Interview
If you proceed in the process, we will invite you to an interview where you’ll meet the hiring manager, creative lead, and/or project lead. You’ll learn more about us at Tengbom and what we can offer you. And of course, we want to learn more about you, your skills, and what you can contribute.
Reference checks
At the end of the process, we conduct reference checks. We typically ask for two references, of which at least one should be a former manager or supervisor.
