Freedom, responsibility, and veggie sandwiches

Here, you’re given freedom with responsibility. We have clear goals, but how you reach them is up to you. We offer collective agreements, wellness grants, and time set aside for your personal development. All our meetings and events are vegetarian, and at several of our offices, afternoon coffee breaks and after-work gatherings are as natural as the way we always support and develop each other. Many of our offices have culture groups, art associations, sports teams, and other shared activities.
